About Shannon Abrahart

Hi, I’m Shannon Abrahart – a photographer and printmaker based in Nottingham. My work focuses on capturing the beauty in everyday life: the quiet poetry of run-down streets, familiar buildings, winding roads, and those sweet, funny, or tender moments shared with the people we love.

I’ve been fascinated by photography for as long as I can remember. Even as a toddler, I was setting up photoshoots – Film, or no film.  That early curiosity never left, and over the years I’ve explored both film and digital photography, always chasing honest, heartfelt images.

When I’m not behind the camera, I’m a mum of two, a coffee devotee, and a printmaking enthusiast – often found lino cutting at my kitchen table.
